The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will include the presentation of the audited finances for the Wei Wai Kum First Nation and CRIBCO as well as portfolio reports from councilors and presentations and/or displays from staff members and others. Lunch will be included on both days.
Note: this year the AGM will take place on Sunday and Monday. The schedule has been further amended to accommodate a funeral scheduled for the afternoon of Nov. 19. The meeting that day will take place from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for the presentation of the Campbell River Indian Band (CRIB) and CRIBCO Ltd. partnership financial statements. The audited statement of the 2017 Campbell River Indian Band (CRIB) – the official name of the Wei Wai Kum First Nation – has been posted in the Private Documents section of our website in the Financial Documents section. Members who do not have their log-in information may contact Membership Clerk Christine Smith (see contact info below) or collect a print copy from the Band office. Copies will also be available at the AGM. Members who don’t have time to review the documents before the meeting or who still have questions after the meeting may contact Financial Controller Robert Price for information. 250-286-6949
