Boot Lake Campsite
Welcome to Book Lake Campsite.
A small group site located about 45 minutes west of Campbell River on Boot Lake.
The area sits within the traditional territory of the Liǧʷiłdaxʷ people, who have used these lands for hunting and gathering since time immemorial. Wei Wai Kum First Nation acquired these lands in 2024 for their timber resources and recreation opportunities.
We are pleased to offer camping for both the public and our members. Please respect (maya’xala) our lands and our history here, leave the site better than you found it, and pack out what you packed in.
Facilities include one outhouse and five small campsites with picnic benches and fire pits. The cost is $100 per night to book the full site, and you will receive a code to unlock the gate once your booking is confirmed.
- The season runs from May to October.
- Max occupancy 25.
- Please clean up after pets and keep pets under control at all times.
- Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 12 PM
- Follow local campfire restrictions
Disrespectful and belligerent behaviour will not be tolerated, and the Nation reserves the right to remove users who fail to comply with these conditions.
